Si House Secretary General Cheloy Garafil mismo ang nagpadala ng impeachment complaint matapos itong ihain noong Pebrero 18 alinsunod sa mga House rules.

“The impeachment complaint filed against Vice President Sara Duterte was formally received by the Office of the Secretary General last Wednesday and has been transmitted to the Office of Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III today in accordance with the established House rules,” ayon kay Garafil.
