Ipinaliliwanag ni Bureau of Corrections Director General Gregorio Pio Catapang Jr. ang implementation ng Supreme Court ruling sa Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) for Person’s Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) na convicted sa heinous crimes sa National Bilibid Prison sa Muntinlupa City.
