Matapos ang matagumpay na grand launching 

IIKOT ang Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) – ang pinakamalaking service caravan sa bansa, sa lahat ng probinsya sa buong bansa upang makapaghatid ng serbisyo sa milyong Pilipino, kasunod ng matagumpay na grand launching ng programa sa apat na probinsya noong Sabado.

Ikinatuwa ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, isa sa pangunahing organizer ng service caravan na naglalayong ilapit sa mga Pilipino ang nasa 60 serbisyo ng pamahalaan, sa planong pagpunta ng BPSF sa lahat ng 82 probinsya.

“Ipinakita rin naman na ang gobyerno po ng ating mahal na Presidenteng PBBM ay nandito, very very active, very much present. Iyan ang sinasabi ng ating Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair,” sabi ni Speaker Romualdez sa isang panayam.

“Iyan ang napakagandang balita, lahat po ng mga beneficiary ay natutuwa. At nagpapasalamat tayo sa lahat ng ahensya at departamento na tumulong dito sa atin sa Tolosa. Napaka-successful. Maski mga lider natin dito sa lalawigan led by Governor [Jericho] Icot Petilla, Vice Governor [Leonardo] Sandy Javier [Jr.], Cong. [Lolita] Javier, Cong. Jude Acidre, [former] Cong. Ching Veloso, at lahat ng municipal mayors, kumpleto isinama rin nila ang kanilang constituents,” aniya.

“The Serbisyo Fair truly breathed life into the aspirations of President Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Romualdez Marcos Jr. to bring so many government programs within the reach of people who may not have the means to avail of these benefits,” saad pa ng lider ng Kamara na may 311 miyembro.

“I am truly proud of what we have accomplished here, from our dry run in Biliran to our ambitious and simultaneous grand launch in four provinces. We could not have done this without the vision of our President,” dagdag pa niya.

Pinangunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang Grand Launch ng BPSF sa Nabua in Camarines Sur na sabayan ding inilungsad sa Laoag, Ilocos Norte, bayan ng Tolosa Leyte sa Visayas, at ang Munisipalidad ng Monkayo, Davao de Oro sa Mindanao.

Inaasahan na mahigit 400,000 Pilipino ang maseserbisyuhan ng Serbisyo caravan na naghahatid ng 60 serbisyo mula sa iba’t ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan na mayroon ding P1 bilyong pondo para sa ipamimigay na ayuda.

Ang BPSF national secretariat ay binubuo ng Office of the President, Office of the Speaker, Presidential Communications Office (PCO), at Kamara de Representantes.

Mula sa orihinal na dalawang araw, pinalawig ng mga organizer ang Grand Launch hanggang sa Biyernes dahil sa dami ng mga nais na kumuha ng serbisyo. Hanggang alas-10:30 ng linggo ay 322,689 na ang nagpatala sa portal para makakuha ng serbisyo.

Noong 11:19 ng umaga ng Sabado ay umabot na sa 293,046 ang mga Pilipino ang nagparehistro sa BPSF.

Noong nakaraang Agosto 26, higit 22,000 na indibidwal ang naserbisyuhan sa dalawang araw na dry run ng BPSF sa Biliran

Nagpapatuloy ang pagpaparehsitro sa programa at inaasahang lalagpas pa sa 400,000 ang makikibahagi sa mga susunod na araw.

Hanggang nitong Linggo ng umaga, nasa 87,158 indibidwal na ang naserbisyuham sa Laoag, Ilocos Norte; 103,647 sa Nabua, Camarines Sur; 57,345 sa Tolosa, Leyte; at 74,539 sa Monkayo, Davao de Oro. Hindi pa kasali rito ang 22,000 na naserbisyuhan sa Biliran.

Dahil sa Serbisyo caravan ay naging madali para sa mga benepisyaryo na makakuha ng social services, health at medical support, pangkabuhayan, regulatory function service at iba pang alok ng gobyerno.

“All the hard work preparing for the Grand Launch paid off: the physical and mental exhaustion of the organizers and frontline government workers were rewarded with the satisfaction of helping their fellow citizens gain access to a lot of government services that are mostly beyond their reach,” saad ng House Speaker.

“With this success, we now look forward to doing it nationwide. Our aim is to institutionalize the BPSF in the future that this will be part of the government mandate: if the people don’t have access to essential services, then the government will go to them,” dagdag ng Leyte lawmaker

Pinangunahan ni Speaker Romualdez ang event sa Leyte habang si House Senior Deputy Majority Leader at Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Araneta Marcos naman ang nanguna sa serbisyo caravan sa Ilocos Norte, at si Special Assistant to the President Anton Lagdameo naman sa Davao de Oro.

Ang mga ahensya na nakiisa sa pagbibigay ng social services na ay ang Department of Health (DoH), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Agriculture (DA), Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), National Food Authority (NFA), Office of Civil Defense (OCD) at Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA).

Para sa livelihood at educational services naman ang makukuhanan ng tulong ay ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Technical Skills and Development Authority (TESDA), DENR, OCD, at FDA.

Nagbigay serbisyo rin ang mga ahensya na may regulatory function gaya ng Department of Foreign Affairs, Philippine National Police (PNP), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Bureau (LTFRB), Professional Regulations Commission (PRC), National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Kasama rin sa mga nagbigay serbisyo ang Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), Social Security System, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), at ang Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).

Kada probinsya ay mayroong piling serbisyo na ibinibigay batay sa pangangailangan ng mga residente.
