79-anyos na kelot, 2 19-inyos huli sa rape
CAMP BGEN. EFIGENIO NAVARRO, Calapan City–Tatlong suspek sa panghahalay ang naaresto ng mga miyembro ng Police Regional Office (PRO)-4B, ayon kay Police Brigadier General Jovencio Babua Jr., hepe ng PRO-4B.
Nakilala ang mga inaresto na sina alyas Prudante, 79; Ramil, 19; at Khevin, 19.
Si Prudante naaresto sa Brgy. Santiago, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro base sa arrest warrant sa kasong rape.
Nasakote si Ramil sa Sitio Asiatec, Brgy. Ipil, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, sa kasong rape by sexual assault.
Si Khevin naaresto sa Brgy. Calsapa, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro.
“The arrest was made based on a warrant for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002),” sabi ng hepe ng mga pulis.
Tatlong iba pa, sina alyas Remson, Ronald at Arvie ang inaresto dahil sa paglabag sa RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Children).
“The arrested individuals are currently in police custody and will be turned over to the appropriate courts,” dagdag ni Badua.
