Inamin ni Robi Domingo na ang dahilan ng pagbisita niya sa National Bureau of Investigation ay para kumonsulta tungkol sa natanggap niyang mensahe mula sa isang troll account last week na tila isang pagbabanta.

“I consulted with a lot of people, including my legal team, and they said it’s a go. My relatives included and, of course, my wife,” pahayag ni Robi sa panayam ng ABS-CBN.

Nang una raw niyang mabasa ang komento ay kinonsulta niya muna ang asawang si Maiqui at tinanong niya ito kung pwede niyang patulan.

“Alam mo ‘yung mga araw na pagod ka, I consulted Mikee about it, sabi ko patulan ko lang, okay lang ba? Sabi niya, just ask questions don’t be direct ‘coz that will just create turmoil and all,” pagbabahagi ng Kapamilya TV host.

“She was right, I asked questions and it did create a lot of things with the fans of Kathryn (Bernardo), and DonBelle, and then ang dami nang nangyari. Sabi nila, ‘uy magpaka-kuya ka nga, ayusin mo to!'”

“Sabi ko, paano naman ako. Na-threaten ako. Some people say it can be a minor threat and it’s a troll account. I hope this sets an example na minor or major threat, troll or not, you have to take accountability of your actions — online or offline,” patuloy niya.

Pero ikinatuwa naman ni Rob na nakatanggap siya ng message of support mula kay Belle Mariano hinggil sa usaping ito.

“Nag-message sa akin si Belle, saying na, ‘Hi Kuya I hope you are okay!’ She was so nice for telling me na rest assured my true fans will not harm you in any way, hindi sila ganoon, they love you and respect you a lot.’ And I told her the whole story. We’re good, we’re okay,” kwento ni Robi.

Ayon sa TV host, nais niyang matigil na ang mga ganitong kairesponsablehan sa social media.

“Hopefully, everyone especially in the age of social media, everyone please do your part. And please be responsible,” he said.

“I am just safeguarding myself, especially with what’s gonna happen in the future,” aniya pa.

Matatandaang isang basher ang binantaan si Robi tungkol kina Donny Pangilinan at Kathryn Bernardo na mga judges ng upcoming season “Pilipinas Got Talent.”

Sinagot naman ito ni Robi ng “Can I consider this as a threat? Can I take legal actions against this? I don’t tolerate this behavior.”

Nagtungo na nga ang TV host sa NBI at nakipag-usap kay Atty. Jerome Bomediano, chief ng NBI-Organized and Transnational Crime Division (NBI-OTCD), para alamin ang batas hinggil sa pagsasampa ng reklamo.
