NANAWAGAN ang Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) sa mga tagasunod nito na bumalik na sa pagsisimba lalo na kapag araw ng Linggo.

Ayon kay CBCP president Bishop Pablo Virgilio David pinapayagan na ang pagsisimba sa ilalim ng kasalukuyang estado ng bansa kaugnay ng COVID-19 pandemic.

“We strongly encourage our faithful to return to the Sunday Eucharist with a purified heart, renewed amazement, and increased desire to meet the Lord, to be with him, to receive him and bring him to our brothers and sisters with the witness of a life full of faith, love and hope,” sabi ni David sa isang circular na ipinadala sa mga bishop at diocesan administrators.

Dahil mas konti na ang nahahawa ng COVID-19 at konti na ang nagkakaroon ng malubhang sintomas nito ay pinaluwag na ang gobyerno ang ipinatutupad na health protocol.

Nanawagan naman si David sa mga simbahan na ipagpatuloy ang minimum health protocol.
