“Central One Bataan reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the safety and welfare of its employees and its strict adherence to regulatory standards and compliance set-forth by the AFAB in view of the raid of its facilities by the PAOCC for allegedly operating as a POGO hub without the required license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR),” aniya.

Sinabi pa ng Malaysian firnlm na “Central One vehemently denies all the malicious allegations made by suspended PAOCC Director Winston Casio of illegal activities like black market banking or underground banking, crypto currency investment scams, love scams, cyber scams and online gambling operations, as allegedly supported by their intelligence reports.”

“True enough, despite the alleged reliability of its intel and after a week since the raid, no charges, criminal, civil or even regulatory charge had been filed against Central One Bataan PH Inc. and/or any of its officers, as none of the allegations of Casio were shown, instead, Central One’s employees are rallying behind the legitimacy of the company’s operations and the lack of need to be rescued.”

Central One will exhaust all legal remedies to protect and clear its name.

In the meantime, Central One is attending to the needs of its employees after the ordeal they experienced during the raid.

Contrary to the claims of being victims of trafficking, all the foreign workers are legally working in Bataan with the proper and required work permits and visas, although an Indonesian turned out to be a fugitive, the information was only available sometime in September 2024 and unknown to Central One or the Bureau of Immigration which issued his 90 visa,” sabi ng kompanya.

“Furthermore, Central One is coordinating with the relevant government agencies over the issue on the license issued by the FAB as SC-BPO, and maintains that it is not a Pogo hub nor is it conducting any online gaming.

Central One is willing to secure additional license that may be required by any govemment agency, including PAGCOR, pending the resolution of the conflict of laws issue between the two government agencies, to enable it to reopen and provide employment to the 1,500 employees who had been out of work since the raid,” dagdag pa ng kompanya.
