MISTULANG binasura ng International Criminal Court (ICC) ang hiling ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte para sa interim release Biyernes ng hapon.

Ang desisyon ng ICC ay inilabas habang iniimbestigahan si Duterte sa mga kasong crimes against humanity kaugnay sa kanyang madugong kampanya laban sa droga.

“Having rejected the three grounds of appeal presented by the defense in the appeal brief, the appeals chamber unanimously confirms the impugned decision,” pahayag ni ICC Appeals Chamber presiding Judge Luz Del Carmen Ibañez Carranza.
