AYON kay Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Cristina Roque, bukas, dynamic at resilient partner ang Pilipinas sa mga kompanya sa Amerika para sa regional expansion.

“The Philippines and the United States (US) deep economic and business ties underpin this present commitment. American businesses have long found a home here, benefiting from our strategic location, rich natural resources, skilled English-speaking workforce, large consumer market, and supportive business environment,” pahayag ni Roque sa American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) of the Philippines meeting.

“To leverage these inherent advantages, the DTI actively implements strategic priorities, including international trade and investment promotion, consumer protection measures, and programs for developing local industries,” dagdag ni Roque.

Ayon kay Roque, malaking papel ang ginawa ng “Make It Happen in the Philippines,” campaign ng Board of Investments ng DTI para makuha ang mga dayuhang kompanya na magnegosyo sa Pilipinas.

Nakatulong din ayon kay Roque ang Green Lanes for Strategic Investments kung saan nasertipikahan ang 187 projects na nagkakahalaga ng P 4.64 trillion.

Kabilang sa mga proyekto ang renewable energy, digital infrastructure, food security, at manufacturing.
