PABABA na umano ang inflation rate o ang bilis ng pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin, ayon kay National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan.

“I think we are, kaya we will announce that next week. Yeah, I think that casually, we observed the moments of crisis recently. I do believe that we are on the downtrend,” ani Balisacan.

“We are continuing with the downtrend. But we will know the number, I think of Tuesday next week,” sabi pa ni Balisacan bilang tugon sa tanong kaugnay ng inflation rate.

Inanunsyo ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) na naitala sa 6.6 porsyento ang inflation rate noong Abril mas mababa sa 7.6 porsyento na naitala noong Marso.

Ang pagbagal ay dulot umano ng pagbaba ng presyo ng produktong agrikultural.
