“That’s 4,400 kilos of illegal drugs no longer on our streets. This means P30 billion is no longer feeding the coffers of drug peddlers, traffickers, and kingpins. Instead, this money is put to other uses, possibly in more productive endeavors like feeding families and attending to other family needs,” ani Garin.
“The brilliance of President BBM’s anti-drug strategy lies not only in its efficacy but in its humanity. Not a single life of a drug user, peddler, or trafficker was taken. It’s a testament to the belief that bloodshed isn’t the answer to this crisis,” sabi ni Garin.
“This administration will not stand by and watch small-time drug users and street pushers face dire consequences while the major importers and suppliers of these illegal drugs operate with impunity,” dagdag pa nito.
“Let’s unite in this cause. Monitor our communities, guide our people away from drug use, and promptly report any suspicious activities to the authorities,” saad pa nito.
Mensahe naman ni Garin sa mga drug user, “Understand the profound toll drugs take on your health, your loved ones, and the broader society. Break free from this cycle; it only leads to despair.”
