HAHAYAAN na lamang ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang na gumulong ang legal na proseso sa kasong inciting to sedition na isasampa ng pamahalaan laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.

Ito ay may kaugnayan sa utos ni Duterte na ipapatay sina Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Marcos at Speaker Martin Romualdez kapag napatay siya.

Ayon kay Excutive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, hindi makikialam ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang sa ginagawang criminal investigation laban kay Duterte.

“We are aware of that, but we are going to let the process proceed on its own,” pahayag ni Bersamin.

“Because this is about a criminal investigation, the Department of Justice (DOJ) will have the fullest autonomy. We cannot give directions as far as these matters go.We will leave that into the hands of the investigators. This process will go through the full course,” pahayag ni Bersamin.

Una rito, inirekomenda ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na sampahan ng kasong grave threats at inciting to sedition charges si Duterte.
