IGINIIT ni Sen. Mark A. Villar ang kahalagahan ng pagpapatuloy ng pagsasa ayos ng mga imprastructura ng bansa kung saan ay nagsumite siya ng panukalang Build, Build, Build Act para maisagawa ang 30-Year National Infrastructure Program sa aniya pagpapatuloy ng kaunlaran sa bansa.“Importante po na isulong natin sa Senado

ang Build, Build, Build program, dahil ang pagkakaroon ng pangmatagalang plano para sa programang pang-imprastraktura ay makakapagpalago ng ekonomiya ng bansa. It will ease the much-needed improvement of the nation’s roads, bridges, and other structures, while it aims to give thousands of jobs to the Filipino people,” ani Villar.

Sa kanyang panukala ipinaliwanag ni Villar na kailangan ng maayos na polisiya at stratehiya na dapat gawin ng gobyerno para aniya makita ang mga prioridad sa pagsasagawa ng mga imprastruktura sa bansa.

Ayon pa kay Villar, ang pagsasaayos ng mga kalye ay makatutulong sa mabilisan paggalaw ng ating ekonomiya gayundin ang ating transportasyon, enerhiya, pinagkukunan ng tubig, ang impormasyon at kommunikasyon, teknolohiya gayundin ng iba pang mga basic overhead facilities sa bansa.

Matatandaan na nagsilbi si Sen. Mark Villar bilang sekretaryo ng Department of Public Works and Highways sa ilalim ng Duterte Administration kung saan ay naisakatuparan ang rehabilitasyon ng mga major highways, farm-to-market roads, bridges, gayundin ng mga diversion roads sa economic zones, at mga lugar na na itinuturin na tourism destinations.
