UPANG hindi na makadagdag pa sa hirap ng buhay, sinabi ni Vice President at Education Secretary Sara Duterte na hindi gagawing requirement ang pagsusuot ng uniporme sa mga pampublikong paaralan sa paparating na School Year.

Ayon kay Duterte ang pagsusuot ng uniporme ay hindi requirement sa mga public schools kahit bago pa man ang pandemya.

Nakasaad umano ito sa DepEd Order No. 065, s. 2010.

“Even before the pandemic, it is not a strict requirement for public schools to wear uniforms (DepEd Order No. 065, s. 2010) to avoid incurring additional costs to the families of our learners. All the more that it will not be required this School Year given the increasing prices and economic losses due to the pandemic,” sabi ni Duterte.

Plano ng Department of Education (DepEd) na unti-untiin ang pagbabalik ng mga estudyante sa paaralan.

Sa Nobyembre 2 ay ipinag-utos ng DepEd ang 100 porsyentong face-to-face classes.
