SINUSPINDI ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang ang pasok sa gobyerno at sa eskwela sa Region 5 sa Oktubre 24.

Ito ay dahil sa patuloy na pananalasa ng bagyong Kristine.

“In view of the continuous rainfall brought about by Tropical Storm “Kristine,” and to ensure the safety of the general public, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Region V (Bicol Region) are hereby suspended on 24 October 2024,” pahayag ng tanggapan ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.

“However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services,” pahayag ng OES.

Ipinauubaya naman ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang sa mga pribadong kompanya ang pagpapasya kung magsususpendi ng trabaho.

“The NDRRMC, OCD, and other relevant agencies are continuously monitoring the situation in other regions and will recommend further suspensions, as needed,” saad ng OES.
