IDINIEKLARANG special non-working holiday sa Maynila sa Enero 9, ang pista ng Itim na Nazareno.

Nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ang Proclamation 434 para sa naturang deklarasyon.

“Whereas, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Manila be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration,” sabi sa proklamasyon.

“Now, therefore I, Lucas Bersamin, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, Ferdinand R. Marcos, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 09 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Manila,” sabi pa rito.
