BIBISITA sa bansa si United Kingdom (UK) Foreign Affairs Secretary David Lammy sa Marso 8.

Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA),

“The UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, the Right Honourable David Lamy MP, will visit the Philippines on 8 March 2025,” pahayag ni DFA spokesperson Ma. Teresita Daza sa isang video announcement.

Target ng pagbisita ni Lamny na palakasin ang partnership ng Pilipinas at United Kingdom na una nang inilunsad noong 2021 sa pamamagitan ng paglagda ng Joint Framework of the Enhanced Partnership.

Makikipagpulong si Lammy kay Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalopara rebyuhin ang kooperasyon ng Enhanced Partnership.

Sakop ng partnership ang trade and investments, defense, maritime, climate change and environment, at science and technology.

Makikipagpulong din si Lammy kina Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang at Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. at mga opisyal ng Philippine Coast Guard at Department of Social Welfare and Development.
