Ria may strength training kahit malaki na ang tiyan
Kahit malaki na ang tiyan ni Ria Atayde na kasalukuyang nagdadalang-tao sa first baby nila ni Zanjoe Marudo, nag-e-exercise pa rin ang aktres para mapanatili ang pagiging fit and healthy.
Sa Instagram, ipinakita ng aktres ang kanyang workout routine for strength training habang nagdadalang-tao at nilinaw na may approval ito ng kanyang doktor.
“One of the biggest struggles throughout my pregnancy has been my mental state and body image. Imagine, working so hard to get to a certain level of fitness (even if it wasn’t enough for some, it was for me haha) only to gain all that weight back,” ani Ria.
Birong sey pa niya, “Nagdala pa ng friends, family and neighbors nila ‘yung balikbayan weight ko.”
Kaya naman need niya talaga i-manage ang kanyang katawan lalo na nga’t preggy siya.
“So to help me manage this and to help me constantly remember that it’s all part of the process, I continued to work out (with the approval of my OB, of course).
“So let me share with you what it’s like to do strength training while pregnant,” saad pa niya.
Wala naman daw dapat ipag-alala dahil sinisiguro niya na sinusunod niya ang bilin ng doktor.
“I make sure I only hit a 120bpm heart rate maximum — doctor’s orders,” aniya.
Payo pa niya sa mga buntis na katulad niya, “If you’re an expectant momma like me, be kind to yourself. We are growing human beans inside of us, after all.”
