“We call on the Vice President to stop misdirecting public discourse and undermining the principles of accountability and transparency that sustain our democratic institutions,” ani Acidre.

“It is vital to reiterate that elected officials are accountable to the people, not the other way around. Public office is not a privilege or a platform for entitlement; it is a solemn position of public trust. The people deserve good governance, transparency, and the responsible use of public resources—core values that every leader must embody,” saad pa ng kongresista.

“Every peso in public coffers comes from the hard work of Filipino taxpayers. It is their right to demand transparency and accountability, and it is our duty as public servants to deliver without excuse or compromise,” dagdag pa nito.

“Instead of diverting attention with sensational rhetoric and theatrics, she must address the real concerns surrounding the lawful and responsible utilization of public funds,” dagdag pa ni Acidre.

“True leadership is measured by service, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to the public good. Let this serve as a reminder: the strength of our democracy lies in leaders who are guided by integrity, not self-interest. Anything less is a disservice to the people and a betrayal of their trust,” saad pa ng mambabatas.
