Ito ang pahayag ng Visayan bloc kung saan kinilala nito si Romualdez na isa umanong kampeon ng pag-unlad ng Visayas.

Naniniwala rin umano ang Visayan bloc na sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaisa ay makagagawa ang Kamara ng mga hakbang upang maka-ahon sa mga epekto ng pandemya.
