VP Sara: Walang puwang ang karahasan sa eskuwelahan
KINONDENA ni Vice President at Education Secretary Sara Duterte ang nangyaring pamamaril sa dating alkalde ng Lamitan City sa Ateneo de Manila University sa Quezon City noong Linggo ng hapon.
“Such an act of violence should have no place in our society, especially in a place of learning which is supposed to be considered a safe space for everyone, for the students mainly,” sabi ni Duterte sa pamamagitan ng kanyang spokesperson na si Atty. Reynold Munsayac.
Nasawi sina ex-Mayor Rose Furigay, aide nitong si Victor Capitrano at isang security guard ng ADMU.
“The Vice President sends her prayers and deepest condolences to the victims’ families,” sabi ni Munsayac.
Nanawagan din umano ang Bise Presidente sa Philippine National Police na paigtingin ang kampanya laban sa iligal na baril.
