Sa pahayag na inilabas ni House Secretary General Reginald Sagun Velasco, sinabi nito mayroong mga na-detect na kahina-hinala at hindi pangkaraniwang aktibidad na ngayon ay sinusuri na.

“We regret to inform the public that the official website of the House of Representatives has been voluntarily taken offline once again. Despite our recent security enhancements, we have detected suspicious and unusual activities that necessitate further scrutiny,” sabi ni Velasco.

Inalis umano online ang website bilang pag-iingat at upang ma-double check ang mga hakbang at mas palakasin pa ang nakalatag na cybersecurity measure.

“Our primary concern is to guarantee the safety, integrity, and reliability of our digital platform for the citizens we serve,” saad pa ni Velasco.

Muling umapela si Velasco ng pang-unawa at pasensya sa publiko.

“We understand the inconvenience this might cause and appreciate the public’s patience and understanding as we work diligently to address these concerns. Our commitment to transparency and open communication remains unwavering, and we will provide updates as soon as we have more information,” dagdag pa ng opisyal ng Kamara.

Matatandaan na na-hack ang website ng Kamara matapos nitong inanunsyo na aalisan ng confidential fund ang mga civilian agency at ililipat sa mga ahensya na may kinalaman sa pagbibigay ng seguridad sa bansa.
