Binigyan ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) ng Certificate of Proclamation si Brian Raymund Yamsuan bilang number 1 nominee ng Bicol Saro party-list.

Si Yamsuan ang papalit kay Nicolas Enciso VIII na natanggal na sa Bicol Sara party-list.

“The vacancy in the seat of Bicol Saro party-list with Yamsuan as its new nominee no. 1 was given due course by Comelec considering that the withdrawal of nomination of the old list of nominees as initially submitted was already granted by Comelec on 1 February 2023,” sabi ng Comelec.

Ayon sa Comelec sumulat si House of Representatives Secretary General Reginald Velasco upang ipaalam na nabakante ang upuan ng Bicol Saro party-list.
