MAGBUBUKAS ng election precinct ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) para sa persons with disabilities, senior citizens, at mga buntis na hindi kayang umakyat sa matataas na silid-aralan para bumoto.

Inilabas ng Comelec ang Resolution 10761 para sa mga itatayong Emergency Accessible Polling Places (EAPPs) sa mga paaralan kung saan gaganapin ang botohan para sa paparating na halalan.

“The Commission shall ensure that the voting procedures in the EAPP, including the facilities and materials therein are appropriate, accessible and easy to understand and use, and that reasonable accommodation shall be granted to persons with disabilities, senior citizens and heavily pregnant voters in order that they may fully exercise their right to suffrage,” saad ng resolusyon.
