CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga— Nag-top ang Bataan Police Provincial Office (PPO), sa pangunguna ni Colonel Marites A. Salvadora, sa performance rating sa Abril at May 2025 at tinalo ang walong PPOs sa Central Luzon.

Base sa Unit Performance Evaluation Rating ( UPER) na isinagawa ng PNP regional headquarters para sa April at May, 2025, ang Bataan ang top ranked PPO sa 9 na provinces.

Nadaig ng babaeng sa Bataan ang walo pang PDs.

“Bataan PPO is a clear reflection under the able leadership of Col. Salvadora’s unwavering dedication to excellence, professionalism, and exemplary public service,” anang statement ng PNP.

Ang ganitong milestones ay nagpapatunay sa “strong leadership, unity, and steadfast commitment of all Police Commissioned Officer (PCOs,) and Police Non-Commissioned Officers(PNCOs) and NUPs within the unit. ”

Ayon sa PNP hierarchy, the “Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) is a standardized system used by the Philippine National Police (PNP) to assess the monthly performance of police units.

It provides a comprehensive evaluation across various parameters, including operational efficiency, administrative discipline, community engagement, and overall police service quality,” sabi ng PNP.
