Sa memorandum noongNovember 7, nagbigay ng direktiba si Governor at PDRRMC Chairperson Jose Enrique Garcia III, sa lahat ng PDRRMC member-agencies at local disaster risk reduction and management councils “to heighten monitoring and preparedness measures as weather conditions are expected to deteriorate starting Sunday, November 9.”

Sa ilalim ng blue alert status, ang PDRRM’s Emergency Operations Center ay inactivate “to closely monitor and coordinate incident reports, while concerned agencies are directed to ensure prompt response and coordination across sectors.”

“All DRRMC response agencies and local DRRMCs are instructed to man their operations centers, monitor their respective areas of responsibility, and undertake precautionary measures. Response teams are likewise placed on stand-by alert for any eventuality,”anang direktiba.
