DTI Sec. Alfredo Pascual nag-resign, babalik sa pribadong sektor
NAGBITIW na sa puwesto si Department of Trade Industry Secretary Alfredo Pascual.
Ayon sa Presidential Communications Office (PCO), magiging epektibo ang pagbibitiw ni Pascual sa Agosto 2, 2024.
Sabi ng PCO, babalik sa pribadong sektor si Pascual.
Ayon sa PCO, nakipagpulong si Pascual kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa Malakanyang para magsumite ng resignation.
Pinasalamatan naman ni Pangulong Marcos sa serbisyo ni Pascual.
“His focus on MSMEs was absolutely correct, and we are beginning to see the fruits of that policy. We are sorry to lose him, but we respect his decision that this is the time for him to return to the private sector,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
“The search for a successor will commence immediately to ensure a seamless transition and continuity in the Department’s initiatives,” dagdag ni Pangulong Marcos.
