Sa pagdiriwang ng Father’s Day ay nagbigay ng maramdaming mensahe si Lotlot de Leon sa kanyang dalawang ama – ang adoptive father niyang si Christopher de Leon at ang American biological dad niyang si Donald Olson.

Sa kanyang tribute para sa biological father ay ikinuwento ni Balot ang naging journey nilang mag-ama mula nang isilang siya hanggang sa finally ay magkita na sila noong malaki na siya at may sarili nang pamilya.

“He was there at the hospital when I was born. He knew he had a daughter. But he had other responsibilities already. He kept me a secret for a very long time,” pagre-recall ng aktres.

“He had a very good friend from the Philippines who knew all of these, his story. His friend sent him pictures of me while I was growing up till even the time I had children of my own,” patuloy niya.

Hanggang sa dumating na nga ang panahon na nagkita na sila.

“Then the time came when we found each other again… There was a lot of questions on my part. Instead I found myself understanding,” sey ni Lotlot.

“Love for his family was top priority. I guess the timing was right when I met him because I already really knew about the true meaning of love. Respect was what he earned from me. I understood.

And it’s okay. It still boils down to love,” aniya.

“I will always celebrate you, Papa. Happy Father’s Day,” mensahe ni Balot sa ama.

Sinabi rin ng aktres na kasalukuyang nasa hospital ang kanyang biological dad.

“He’s at the hospital now. Please say a little prayer for him. I’ll visit you soonest, papa,” ani Balot.

Sa mensahe naman niya for her Papa Boyet ay sinabi niya na forever siyang magiging grateful sa aktor dahil minahal daw siya nito na parang tunay na anak.

“A dad who never fails up to now to remind me of how loved I am by his simple messages of, ‘I love you, anak!’ And who remains present in my life and my children’s lives. What a blessing! My gratitude is eternal.

“Dad, I love you always! We your children are all very blessed by your love. Happy Father’s Day, Dad!” mensahe ni Balot kay Boyet.
