NAGHAIN ng reklamo ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Environmental Crime Division laban sa 35 indibidwal kaugnay ng oil spill sa Oriental Mindoro kamakailan.
Kasama sa mga inireklamo ang mga opisyal ng RDC Reield Marine Services, ang may-ari ng lumubog na MT Princess Empress na nagdulot ng oil spill, mga tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), at Maritime Industry Authority (Marina).
Reklamong falsification of public documents, paggamit ng falsified documents, at perjury kaugnay ng paggamit ng pinalsipika umanong certificate of public convenience (CPC).
Inihain ang reklamo sa Department of Justice (DOJ).
Lumubog ang MT Princess Empress noong Pebrero 28 sa bayan ng Naujan. May dala itong 800,000 litro ng industrial fuel.
