ITINALAGA ni Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea bilang officer-in-charge ng Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) si Undersecretary Ernesto V. Perez.

Si Perez ay magsisilbi bilang OIC hanggang sa Hunyo 30, 2022 upang masiguro umano na magpapatuloy ang operasyon at pagseserbisyo ng ahensya.

“My appointment as OIC of ARTA appears to be providential as I was also appointed as OIC when the agency was formed. I thank the President and the officials and staff of ARTA for their continued trust and support. During this period, I will ensure that ARTA will be able to sustain its reform toward our dream of a smarter and better Philippines,” sabi ni Perez.

Si Perez ang unang empleyado ng itayo ang ahensya.

Siya ay naitalaga upang pamunuan ang ARTA noong Disyembre 18, 2018 bago naitalaga si ARTA Secretary Jeremiah B. Belgica noong Hulyo 8, 2019.

Ang pagiging OIC ni Perez ay kasunod ng pagsuspendi ng Ombudsman kay Belgica at apat pang opisyal ng ARTA.
