PBBM umapela: Eleksyon sa BARMM tiyaking mapayapa
UMAPELA si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) at iba pang stakeholders sa Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM na tiyakin na magiging mapayapa, maayos at credible ang kauna-unahang parliamentary elections sa Mayo ng susunod na taon
Ginawa ni Pangulong Marcos ang pahayag sa opening ceremony ng 2024 National Peace Consciousness Month at paggunita sa ika-28 anibersaryo ng 1996 Final Peace Agreement sa Palasyo ng Malakanyang.
“I also call on the MNLF and other stakeholders of BARMM to ensure a peaceful, orderly, and credible conduct of the 1st Bangsamoro Elections next year,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
“The forthcoming election is an important reminder not only of the democracy that empowers us to mold our destinies but also of the visionaries who paved the way for the freedom that we [all] relish today,” dagdag ng Pangulo.
Sakop ng BARMM ang Maguindanao del Sur, Maguindanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi, at mga siyudad ng Lamitan, Marawi at Cotabato.
Nagpasalamat si Pangulong Marcos sa MNLF sa suporta sa anti-terrorism campaign ng pamahalaan partikular na sa mga probinsya ng Basilan, Sulu, at Tawi-Tawi.
Pangako ni Pangulong Marcos. Ipatutupad ang kapayapaan sa Mindanao.
“Peace begins within us, it flourishes the moment that we strip ourselves of the idea of ‘us versus them’, promote respect for our fellows, uphold every one’s dignity,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
“To my fellow Filipinos, the dividends of the peace that we have worked so hard to achieve are now upon us, and the responsibility to create a more inclusive and prosperous country now lies in our hands,” dagdag ng Pangulo.
