ITATAYO ng administrasyong Marcos ang Presidential Help Desk na maaaring lapitan ng publiko para sa financial at medical request.

Batay sa Executive Order no. 20 na pirmado ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ang Presidential Help Desk ay itatayo upang matulungan ang mga existing na health services at mga proyekto ng gobyerno na direktang nagbibigay ng tulong sa mga kuwalipikadong benepisyaryo.

“The Presidential Help Desk shall be administered by the PACe (Presidential Action Center). For this purpose, there shall be a Project Coordinator, directly reporting to the PACe, tasked to ensure that the day-to-day implementation of the project is managed effectively, efficiently and economically, and oversee the operational activities of the project, including the performance by all employees and personnel of their respective functions,” sabi sa EO.

Batay sa EO ang PACe ay dapat magsumite sa Pangulo ng annual report ng operasyon ng Presidential Help Desk.

Ang kakailanganing pondo ng Presidential Help Desk, ayon sa EO ay kukunin sa budget ng Office of the President.
