TIMBOG ang 35-anyos na lalaki dahil sa kasong pagpatay ng matunton ng mga pulis sa pinagtataguang lugar noong Huwebes sa Samal, Bataan.

Nadakip si alyas Boyong sa tulong ng Bataan Provincial Police Office (BPPO) at Samal police dakong alas-5:30 ng hapon.

Sangkot si alyas Boyong, ayon sa police report, sa pagpatay at dinakip sa bisa ng warrant of arrest galing kay Malabon City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Acting Presiding Judge Jorge Espinal.
