INARESTO ng mga operatiba ng Hamtic Municipal Police Station (MPS) ang pang-lima sa pinaka-wanted sa lalawigan dahil sa apat na kaso ng qualified theft sa Poblacion 2, Hamtic, Antique bandang 3:30 PM nitong Martes, August 18, 2025.

Kinilala ang suspek sa alyas na “May,” 47 taong gulang, walang trabaho, at residente ng Hamtic, Antique.

Naaresto siya sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas sa San Jose, Antique na may petsang August 18, 2025, na may rekomendadong piyansang P40,000 para sa bawat kaso.

Pinuri naman ni POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL JOSEFINO D LIGAN, regional director ng Police Regional Office 6, ang Hamtic MPS sa matagumpay na operasyon.

“I congratulate the personnel involved in the said arrest. Let us continue to chase those wanted criminals and put them behind bars,” ayon kay PBGEN LIGAN.

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Hamtic MPS ang inarestong suspek para sa tamang disposisyon bago ito i-turn over sa issuing court.
