ANG Filipino pickleball standout na si Rain Isabella Astaño, 14, ay nakatakdang i-rerepresent ang Pilipinas sa Pickleball World Cup 2026 sa Da Nang, Vietnam, mula August 30 to September 6.

Bilang proud member ng Junior Philippine National Team, si Rain ay makikipag-compete sa ilalim ng -18 division, at haharapin niya ang mga world’s best young pickleball players.

Tinawag itong “historic achievement for Pinoy Pickleball Club DXB,” dahil siya ang kauna -unahang club’s athlete mula United Arab Emirates (UAE) na mag-rerepresent sa Pilipinas sa international stage.

Mula sa mga courts ng Dubai patungong world stage, “Rain’s journey is a shining example of dedication, perseverance, and the limitless potential of young Filipino athletes.”
