TALAVERA, Nueva Ecija–Pang pelikula ang eksena sa bayang ito dahil tinesting ng mga pulis ang “5-minute response time” sa mga krimen o police matters sa harap ni Mayor Aries Vincent Patrick G. Lim.
‘Yon nga lang simulation exercise (SIMEX) lang tungkol sa umano’y bomb threat ang isinagawa ng mga pulis sa Waltermart shopping mall sa Brgy. La Torre.
Gaya ng dapat asahan, cinematic ang resulta at naisagawa ang pagresponde sa loob lamang ng dalawang minuto at 16 na segundo.
Matapos makita na na-break ang 5-minute response rule ni Chief PNP Gen. Nicolas D. Torre III, sumagot si PCol. Heryl Bruno, hepe ng pulisya, sa radio sa kabilang linya ng: “Job well done, tell your personnel job well done, hoping that next time in this case scenario you must always be prepared.”
Pinanood ng live nina Bruno at Lim kasama si police head Lt. Col. Marlon D. Cudal sa tanggapan ng alkalde noong Huwebes ang mabilis na aksyon ng mga parak.
“I appreciate your hard work and dedication in keeping the peace of our community. Let me assure you that the local government of Talavera will support our Philippine National Police sa pagpapanatili ng kaligtasan ng mamamayan ng Talavera,” sabi ng alkalde.
