Myrtle at Sisters, tuloy ang sisterly bond

Tuluy-tuloy ang sisterly bond ni Myrtle Sarrosa at ng Sisters Sanitary Napkins and Pantyliners matapos mag-renew ng endorsement deal sa Megasoft Hygienic Products Inc.

Sa loob ng anim na taon, naging magkatuwang na si Myrtle at ang Sisters upang ipalaganap ang kahalagahan ng magandang edukasyon, gayundin ang pagpapanatili ng tamang kalinisan sa katawan lalo na sa mga kababaihan.

Ayon kay Myrtle, na nagtapos bilang cum laude sa University of the Philippines-Diliman, malaki ang tulong ng Sisters para maipaabot sa mga kabataan ang kanilang layunin.

Aniya, “When I first became Sisters’ endorser, we worked together to rise above and sobrang nakaka proud yung lahat ng naging accomplishments namin sa Sisters and Megasoft within the last six years.

“We have inspired thousands of students, we have helped multiple schools and we have been a part of the movement to which we make school fun and award all the students and teachers for all that they do. Nakakatuwa rin having the opportunity na tulungan ’yun.”

Sa kabilang banda, naging magandang ehemplo naman ang multi-hyphenated actress-cosplayer-gamer sa mga dalaga pagdating sa pagpapraktis ng kalinisan sa katawan kaya naman patuloy siyang pinagkakatiwalaan ng Megasoft Hygienic Products Inc. para maging celebrity ambassador ng Sisters brand.

“My little sister Myrtle embodies Sisters’ feminine care brand tagline ‘School is cool’ since we started our nationwide campus tour in 2016. She sets the bar of an excellent role model for the young ones to finish their studies amidst challenges and juggling demands of show business,” ani Aileen Choi Go, Megasoft vice president for sales and marketing.

Samantala, dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic, pansamantalang nahinto ang matagumpay na school tour campaign ng Sisters.

Gayunman, hindi nahinto ang hangarin ng brand, kasama si Myrtle, na ipalaganap ang layunin ng kanilang programa sa mga kabataan.

“We diverted our face-to-face school tour by joining online schooling activities like seminars and Brigada Eskuwela through ‘Personal Hygiene Management’ segment, where Myrtle shares her ideas on how to take care of themselves when girls start having periods,” paglalahad ni Ms. Aileen.

Bagamat aminado si Myrtle na nami-miss niya ang mga personal interaction sa mga mag-aaral, masaya raw siya na patuloy pa rin ang pakikipagsalamuha niya sa kanila online.

Aniya, “Sobrang nakaka-miss. During the pandemic, we did virtual meet-ups pero iba pa rin talaga if you see them in person. Lalo na yung excitement nila when we see them on stage and ’yung happiness nila when we award them. Iba ’yung feeling talaga ng school tours.”

Hindi rin magtatagal at muling makakapiling ni Myrtle ang mga estudyante sa iba’t ibang lugar sa Pilipinas dahil ipinangako ng Megasoft na ibabalik ang face-to-face school tours kapag lumuwag na ang restrictions laban sa COVID-19.

Sabi pa ni Aileen, “We are excited to resume physical events, participate in festivals and school tours nationwide as promised when alert levels are lifted.”

Bilang pagtatapos, binanggit din niya na, “Megasoft Hygienic Products Inc. is determined to continuously provide essential hygiene products worth the money of every Filipino.”
