ITINALAGA ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. si Carlito Galvez bilang kalihim ng Department of National Defense (DND).
Ayon sa Presidential Communication Office (PCO) tinanggap ni Galvez ang posisyon.
Si Galvez ay Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity bago napunta sa kanyang bagong posisyon.
Pinalitan ni Galvez si DND officer-in-charge Jose Faustino Jr. na nagbitiw sa puwesto.
