“According to the CIDG and the ACG, they have already identified the person behind this disinformation. The accused, a female professional from Mindanao, has been subpoenaed by the PNP-CIDG to appear for an investigation,” sabi ng PNP spokesperson.

Kung mapatutunayang nagkasala, mahaharap ang teacher sa mga criminal charges “for peddling false information on social media under Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.”

“These statements are fabricated and malicious, intended to spread confusion and discredit our institution. The PNP remains steadfast in its allegiance to the Constitution, committed to following lawful orders from our Commander-in-Chief, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., and other duly constituted authorities, while upholding the highest standards of integrity, discipline, and professionalism in all our operations,” sabi ni Tuaño.

“ Our loyalty is to the Filipino people and to the rule of law,” sabi ng heneral.
