MARIVELES, Bataan–Bilang bahagi ng initiative na linisin at protektahan ang mga karagatan, nakilahok sa International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) 2024 ang GNPower Mariveles Energy Center Ltd. Co. (GMEC) at GNPower Dinginin Ltd. Co. (GNPD).

Nakakolekta ng 500 kilo ng basura ang mga sumali na nagpapatunay ng commitment nila sa environmental stewardship.

Mahigit 20 volunteers mula sa kompanya at college scholars ang sumama sa clean up activity sa mga coastal areas.

“The successful cleanup program showcases the positive impact of teamwork in combating plastic waste. I encourage everyone to take action by reducing their plastic use and disposing of waste responsibly,” sabi ni GNPD Reputation and Stakeholder Management Superintendent (RSM) Joseph Paolo Mendoza.
