NAARESTO ng mga miyembro ng Police Regional Office (PRO)-7 noong Martes ang 16 na drug suspek na may pag-iingat na P18.3 million na shabu.

Sinabi ni PRO-7 director Brigadier General Redrico A. Maranan na nahuli ang 16 na suspek sa 14 anti-drug operations na nagresulta sa pagkakasamsam ng 2.7 kilos ng shabu.

Dalawang suspek na taga-Mandaue City ang nahuli na nakuhanan ng shabu na may halagang P6.8 million.

“This is more than a law-enforcement victory—it is a direct response to the President’s mandate to dismantle drug networks at every level.

I commend the men and women of Central Visayas for proving that the PNP will never relent in protecting our nation from the poison of illegal drugs,” sabi ni PNP chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr.

Sinabi ni PNP spokesperson and PNP Public Information Office chief Brig. Gen. Randulf Tuaño na: “The success of the PRO-7 anti-narcotics operations reflects the PNP’s intensified campaign against illegal drugs and our strong partnership with other agencies.

We will not stop until every Filipino community is free from the grip of narcotics,” ayon sa spokesperson.
