KAMPO HENERAL MALVAR, Batangas–Arestado noong Sabado ang isang 32-anyos na helper sa pag-iingat ng baril at shabu sa Lipa City, Batangas.

Ang suspek, ayon kay Batangas police director P/Col. Geovanny Sibalo, ay si alyas Jojie ng Brgy Marawoy, Lipa City, Batangas.

Nakumpiska sa suspek ang 0.60 gramo ng shabu na may standard price na P4,080; buy-bust money, cellphone, Mio I 125 na motorsiklo at itim na airsoft replica.

Inihahanda na ang mga kasong paglabag sa RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) at RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) laban sa suspek.
