NANAWAGAN si PBA Party-list Rep. Margarita Ignacia “Atty. Migs” Nograles-Almario na igalang ang katotohanan at integridad ng halalan, kasunod ng mga ulat na may kumakalat na pekeng resulta ng Pulse Asia survey sa Davao City pabor sa ilang kandidato.

“Let’s allow the people of Davao to decide freely, without fear, intimidation, or manipulation,” ani Nograles. “If we believe in the strength of our candidacies, there is no need to resort to fabricated narratives.”

Tumatakbo si Nograles sa pagkakongresista sa unang distrito ng Davao City sa 2025 midterm elections laban kay incumbent Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte.

Itinanggi ng Pulse Asia ang kumakalat na survey sa Davao City na isinagawa umano mula Abril 26 hanggang Mayo 6. Kumalat ito sa social media at pinalalabas na lehitimo at ibinalita pa ng ilang local media.

Sa isang pahayag noong Mayo 9, kinumpirma ni Pulse Asia President Ronald Holmes na wala silang ganitong survey at mariing kinondena ang paggamit ng pangalan ng kanilang organisasyon sa pagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon.

“We must ask how this misinformation spread so widely. Who created these graphics? Who shared them with the media? These are not idle mistakes—they mislead voters and undermine public trust,” diin pa ni Nograles.

Hinimok din niya ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) na imbestigahan ang insidente sa posibleng paglabag sa mga election law.

“Our institutions must act to safeguard the integrity of the process. No one is above the law—not even the most powerful names,” dagdag niya.

Binigyang-diin pa ni Nograles na walang puwang ang disimpormasyon sa tunay na paglilingkod sa bayan.

“Using the credibility of a respected survey firm to push a false narrative is not just unethical—it’s a disservice to the people,” sinabi ng mambabatas.

Nanawagan din si Nograles para sa pagkakaisa at katotohanan at para sa isang responsable at tapat na pamumuno.

“This is not the kind of politics Davao deserves. I believe in clean, honest, and principled campaigning. Let us allow democracy to speak—not through fear or falsehoods, but through the informed will of the people,” dagdag pa ng lady solon.
