IGINIIT ni House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Gomez Romualdez ang kahalagahan ng mga trak ng bumbero sa mga komunidad at ang mahalagang misyon ng mga bumbero hindi lamang sa pag-apula ng apoy kundi sa pagliligtas ng buhay.

“Their presence within our communities provides reassurance and peace of mind, knowing that in times of distress, there are brave souls ready to respond with unwavering determination,” ani Speaker Romualdez.

“Let us remember that the flame of hope is kept alive by the bravery and selflessness of our firefighters and first responders,” dagdag pa ni Speaker Romualdez.

Si Speaker Romualdez ang panauhing pandangal sa turnover ceremony para sa limang unit ng 1000-gallon fire truck na ginanap sa headquarters ng Bureau of Fire Protection sa Quezon City.

“This occasion serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of our communities, as well as a celebration of the invaluable role our firefighters play as pillars of nation-building,” sabi ni Speaker Romualdez.

Sinabi ni Speaker Romualdez na ang mga trak ng bumbero ay hindi lamang mga sasakyan kundi kumakatawan sa dedikasyon na mabigyan ng angkop na kagamitan ang mga lokal na pamahalaan at mga bumbero upang magampanan ang kanilang mahalagang tungkulin.

Ang mga bumbero umano ay hindi lamang mga indibidwal na nakauniporme.

“They serve as beacons of hope, guardians of life, and protectors of property,” dagdag pa ng lider ng Kamara de Representantes.

“Let us work hand in hand to strengthen our emergency response systems, promote fire safety education, and enhance collaboration between local government units and the Bureau of Fire Protection,” sabi pa ni Speaker Romualdez.

Para kay Speaker Romualdez ang BFP, na nasa ilalim ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) ay simbolo umano ng pagkilala sa mahalagang papel na ginagampanan ng mga bumbero at mga opisyal ng lokal na pamahalaan na pangalagaan ang publiko.

“To the BFP, I extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering commitment and service. You are the embodiment of heroism and compassion, and your sacrifices do not go unnoticed,” ani Speaker Romualdez.

“Together, we can build safer, more resilient communities. By investing in our firefighters and the resources they require, we invest in the future of our nation,” dagdag pa ni Romualdez na kumakatawan sa unang distrito ng Leyte.

“Their unwavering dedication and courage serve as an inspiration to all, reminding us that through unity and a shared sense of purpose, we can overcome any challenge,” sabi pa ng lider ng Kamara.

Kumpiyansa si Speaker Romualdez na makatutulong ang mga bagong trak upang mahusay na magampanan ng mga bumbero ang kanilang tungkulin.
