NAGKAROON ng problema ang isa sa mga submarine cable na ginagamit ng PLDT kaya bumagal ang internet service nito.

“One of our submarine cable partners confirms a loss in some of its internet bandwidth capacity, and thus causing slower internet browsing,” sabi ng advisory na inilabas ng PLDT.

Nakikipag-ugnayan na umano ang PLDT upang madagdagan ang bandwidth nito upang bumalik sa normal ang kanilang serbisyo.

“We are working with our partners to provide alternate capacity that would restore the browsing experience in the next few hours,” sabi pa ng PLDT.
