Hindi lang pala sina Heart Evangelista at Pia Wurtzbach ang Pinay celebrities na ka-join sa Milan Fashion Week na kasalukuyang ginaganap sa Milan, Italy dahil naroroon din ngayon si Anne Curtis.

Base sa mga Instagram posts ni Anne, imbitado siya ng Gucci sa nasabing event although hindi pa malinaw kung rarampa ba siya sa runway.

Nag-post si Anne ng mga larawan niya na nasa airport at ang caption niya ay, “Touchdown Milano. Fresh pa ba? So happy to be here for my Gucci fam! Can’t wait for the show tomorrow!”

Sina Heart at Pia, as we all know, ay regular na sa ganitong events habang si Marian Rivera naman na imbitado ng kanyang iniendorsong Italian make-up brand ay first time dumalo sa fashion week.

Kasama ni Marian na lumipad sa Milano ang mister na si Dingdong Dantes. Makikita nga sa Facebook page ng Philippine Consulate General sa Milan na si Elmer Cato ang pag-welcome niya sa mag-asawang Dantes.

“Last night, we got to welcome celebrity couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes who are visiting Milan for the first time,” bahagi ng caption ni Mr. Cato sa larawan niya with DongYan.

“Over dinner, we congratulated Marian and Dingdong for the success of their movie ‘Rewind,’ which we got to watch on Netflix a few nights ago. It is now the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.

“We also thanked the couple for their philanthropic work back home, especially the assistance they have been extending to women and children with disabilities. We also had a very interesting conversation on the West Philippine Sea with Dingdong, who is also a reserve officer of the Armed Forced of the Philippines. That’s the W sign for West Philippine Sea that we were flashing,” kwento pa ni Mr. Cato.

“After our dinner with Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes last night, we headed off to Linate Airport to welcome another top Filipino celebrity — Heart Evangelista, wife of Senate President Francis Escudero.

“She is in town for Milan Fashion Week, which she has been a regular fixture of. She recognized us as soon as she saw us and was apologetic and thankful at the same time for the arrival courtesies extended to her by the Consulate,” pahayag ni Mr. Cato.

“We were surprised she remembered us and our conversation with her and Senator Escudero over the sumptuous Italian seafood dinner that we were served after the opening of the Philippine pavilion at the 2023 Venice Biennale.
