NAKAKIKILABOT at nakatatawa ang Comprehensive Sexuality Education na isinusulong ng Senado.

Ginagarantiya ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. sa mga magulang at sa mga lolo at lola na hindi makapapasa ang kasalukuyang porma ng panukala sa Senado na Sexuality Education na ituturo sa mga batang estudyante.

Ito ang ginawang paglilinaw ni Pangulong Marcos matapos unang ihayag na pabor siya na turuan ng sex education ang mga bata.

Sa ambush interview sa Taguig City, sinabi ni Pangulong Marcos na ang akala niya ay anatomy lamang ang ituturo sa mga bata.

“I was asked last Thursday on what my opinion was on sex education in schools. And I stand by my answer that sex education is extremely important. When I was talking about sex education, I remembered our sex education when I was in school. At ang itinuro sa amin ay anatomy. What are, what is the anatomy of male and female reproductive systems. “This is ridiculous, this is abhorrent. This is a travesty of what sex education should be to the children. What about the parents? Wala na silang karapatan na sila ang mag-decide kung ano at kailan tuturuan ‘yung bata,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.

“We all, I’m a parent and I’m a grandparent. So I feel very strongly about this. So let me be very, very clear. I still believe that sex education in terms of teaching kids anatomy, of the reproductive systems of males and females is extremely important. Consequences of early pregnancy, the prevalence of HIV, kailangan ituro lahat ‘yan para alam ng mga kabataan,” dagdag ng Pangulo.

Pagtitiyak pa ni Pangulong Marcos, ivi-veto niya ang panukalang batas kung hindi babaguhin.

“Pero ‘yung mga sinama nila na woke na absurdities are abhorrent to me. And I am already guaranteeing, hindi pa napasa ito, pero if this bill is passed in that form, I guarantee all parents, teachers and children, I will immediately veto it,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
