P9.2B nakolekta ng Port of Limay
LIMAY, Bataan–Nakakolekta ng P9.2 billion noong Enero ang Port of Limay kaya may surplus pang mahigit P532 million kontra sa collection target.
Ang P9.2 billion collection ng Port of Limay malaking suporta sa napakalaking collection target ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) para sa 2025. Umaabot sa P1.06 trillion ang BOC target sa 2025.
Sa ulat kay Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Rubio, nakakolekta ang Port of Limay ng P9,219,262,663.13 kaya nalampasan ang collection target na P8,687,229,286.06 at may surplus na P532,033,377.07 para sa Enero.
Pinasalamatan ni District Collector Atty. Kriden Balgomera ang kanyang mga tauhan para sa all-out support ng mga ito.
“The DOF believes that the passage of priority tax measures, such as imposition of excise tax on single-use plastics, Package 4 of the Comprehensive Tax Reform Program, the rationalization of the mining fiscal regime, and the Reform on the Motor Vehicle Users’ Charge, are big help to achieve the higher collection targets,” anang BOC.
Sa average, ang revenue collections inaasahang mananatili sa 16.5% ng GDP mula 2025 hanggang 2028, na naabot sa P6.250 trillion (17% of GDP), ayon kay Balgomera.
