Gadon mananatiling Presidential Adviser—ES Bersamin
MANANATILI umano si Larry Gadon bilang Presidential Adviser on Poverty Alleviation sa kabila ng pag-disbar dito ng Korte Suprema.
Ayon kay Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin alam ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang kinakaharap na kaso ni Gadon bago pa lumabas ang appointment nito.
“We were aware of Sec. Gadon’s cases before the Supreme Court but the President felt that his work as presidential adviser will not get affected by his status as a lawyer. This is a matter which he will have to personally attend to,” sabi ni Bersamin sa isang pahayag.
Ayon kay Bersamin kumpiyansa ang Pangulo sa kakayanan ni Gadon.
“He will continue on his new role as Presidential Adviser on Poverty Alleviation as there are urgent matters that need to be done in the President’s anti-poverty programs. The President believes he will do a good job,” dagdag pa ng opisyal.66
