Tuloy rin ang film workshops, film festivals and other film education based endeavors. Ayon kay president Rez, “Fundraisers mula sa most traditional to the most creative to out-of-the-box enterprises became de rigueur to keep the foundation afloat.”

Noong 2018, pagkatapos ng 6 years of due diligence and negotiations, pumirma ang Mowelfund Board ng joint development contract with Victor Consunji Development Corporation (VCDC) that afforded the foundation a new 6-story building.

President Res Cortez, Vice President Julius Topacio and Trustees Jaime “Jim” Baltazar and Direk Edgardo “Boy” Vinarao.
